I used 1/32" vinyl striping to lay down in between the raised portions of the grills. I then used a paint mixture of Euro Grey, silver and flat black to paint the raised areas of the grill.

With the nacelle grills painted, I used 400 grit sand paper to frost the backside of the grill. I then tested the LED lighting which consists of 4 LEDS. Notice the even glow along the nacelle grill. All light leaks will be fixed.

This test is with the lights on. Again, notice the even glow along the grill.

The flood light housing under the fantail on the underside of the secodary hull contains a nav light. The E-A shuttle bay poses a problem lighting the nav light with an LED. My solution was to use a 3MM High Flux LED. I also needed to remove a portion of the shuttle bays strut.
